Key Accountabilities Meet and greet visitors, clients and guests, providing service and information as requested Assist staff by processing the arrival of their visitors using the relevant systems, issuing access passes, and informing the correct staff members of the arrival Follow correct process for executive visitors Successfully manage daily interactions with key clients, such as executives and board members. Ensure meeting rooms are appropriately prepared, maintained, and cleaned after use Manage booking systems for all conference and meeting rooms Deliver meeting room and equipment administration support Provide support in answering workplace related Help and Support calls and email queries Monitor the use and maintenance of office printers and stationery Reporting of maintenance issues, and liaising with contractors as required Assist with office movements and furniture relocations where required Manage and audit workplace storage Processing and distributing deliveries Ad - hoc assistance where requested by Workplace manager or clients Produce regular reports for the Workplace Manager Work collaboratively with your team to provide the best service and outcomes for clients. Have a proactive approach to gathering feedback from clients About you Reporting to the Workplace Manager, this position will require a high degree of flexibility and continually exceptional customer service. Successful candidates are motivated and autonomous, willing to work within a dynamic non desk - bound role, which encompasses movement around the office space, the assessing, reporting and auditing the workplace and its facilities. You will also occupy multiple front facing positions around the workplace, gaining experience in many corporate services and workplace related duties and tasks. A demonstrated ability to establish and manage positive business relationships with clients, and a capacity to proactively multi - task, responding to the client s needs in a fast and effective manner are key competencies for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an exhibited and proven background in customer services roles would be highly regarded. Candidates with previous experience in the facilities management, hospitality or retail industries will also be preferable.
