About the Position Suncorp Group clients in accordance with Suncorp Service Standards Develop, foster and promote internal and external stakeholder relationships Determine appropriate contract coverage, including indemnity, legal liability and quantum issues Maintain realistic and adequate reserves/estimates on all claims to reflect ongoing claims cost, and closely monitor significant estimate fluctuations Appoint, instruct and liaise with service providers including solicitors, brokers, investigators, loss adjusters etc. Support and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve team & departmental goals and Utilise and collaborate with technical areas (e. g. assessors, specialist support, legal strategy, insurance investigations) to discuss and action claim direction About you You will have strong claims management experience, ideally within liability claims, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. You demonstrate a positive attitude and exemplary work ethic, demonstrate confidence and have the ability to negotiate and to embrace change positively in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
